It’s an 85 m2 apartment with a lake view from every room. It’s for 5 guests max. 2bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms sofa bed in the living room for the 5th person and a club house entry with playroom, TV, Play Station and conditioning swimming pool
Comfortable and contemporary, designed to enjoy one of the best views from Nahuel Huapi Lake, with a trendy furniture. This apartment is located opposite to the beach access, straight to the Cordillera de los Andes. As its name says, it offers amazing sunsets from the balcony.
This flat is distributed in three floors. The entry is in the lower floor, where is an entrance hall, a complete bathroom and bedroom with a lake view (it could be double bed or twins). In the first floor is the dining room with kitchen and a roomy balcony with a lake view, terrace with its own grill. In the 3rd level is another bedroom (it could be double bed or twin beds), 1 complete bathroom with Scottish shower.
This flat has its own separate entrance. It’s equipped with: a kitchen with oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker, fridge, 2 42”led Smart TV, DirecTV (one TV is in the living room and the other one is the bedroom), WIFI, wood stove, safe deposit box, hair dryer.
While you are staying in this flat, you will have private car park and access to the club house with playroom, TV, Play Station and conditioning swimming pool. The resort design’s priority is the lake view from every room, so the apartment and resort layout has non recommended stairs for reduced mobility people.

Los triplex son nuevos, con buenas terminaciones y servicios (pileta climatizada, sala de juegos, buena calefacción y agua caliente, solo le falta lavarropas). Especialmente nos gustó el tamaño del cuarto principal, el espacio con mesa y buena parrilsee more
Los triplex son nuevos, con buenas terminaciones y servicios (pileta climatizada, sala de juegos, buena calefacción y agua caliente, solo le falta lavarropas). Especialmente nos gustó el tamaño del cuarto principal, el espacio con mesa y buena parrilla del fondo, que se integra con el comedor, y el balcón con la mesita para tomar algo disfrutando de la vista. También es muy práctica la cerradura digital y así todos los huéspedes tuvimos acceso sin preocuparnos por las llaves. La ubicación es muy buena porque está casi sobre el lago Nahuel Huapi y a pocos metros del río y lago Correntoso. Además, está en la salida hacia los siete lagos, por lo que es ideal para ir a pasar el día a diferentes lugares. De todas formas, lo mejor de todo es la vista panorámica del Nahuel Huapi y las montañas. Es espectacular despertarse al amanecer y ver los primeros rayos del sol sobre la montaña desde la cama. Por último, tuvimos buena comunicación con los chicos de BOG siempre que necesitamos algo. ¡Lo recomendamos 100% y volveremos con mucho gusto!

The apartment is as described - stylish and with an amazing view! It has basic amenities - basically all you need for a short stay. The apartment is on 3 levels, so there are some stairs to deal with (not an issue for us). The pool was a wonderful touch - great to soak in with a view of the lake and the mountains after a day of hiking before heading to dinner. The apartment is a few minutes’ drive from downtown, where there is a great selection of restaurants. You do need a car - there is parking (a few steep hills to drive up to get there!) the main road is between the apartment and the lake - worth noting that there is some traffic noise at times. We had a great time and would stay there again in a heartbeat if our path ever leads us to Villa la Angostura again!
